(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) NEAV YORK, Dec. 7. At Cleveland, Risko won the referee’s decision over Phil Scott, (England) in a ten round limit. Scott took a terrific battering in the final rounds. He was knocked down by a blow ill the kidneys in the seventh, but got up without any count. His eye was cut in the ninth, but lie fought on with blood streaming down his face for the remainder of the bout.
