ROUMANIAN CRISIS

I.ATE KING’S LETTER. PARIS, Dec. 5. The Bucharest correspondent of “Le Journal” says that the late King Ferdinand’s presentiment of political complications after his death has been realised. Teijin.” Tlie late M\ Bratiano denied reoeiving tbe letter. Alaniu. leader of the Peasants, believes in its authenticity. and considers that Prince Carol’s return is essential. It is believed that if the Peasants’ Party secure a majority at tbe elections AL Alaniu will become Premier.
