CHINESE TROUBLE.
(Australian & N.Z. Cable Association. CHINESE AFFAIRS. SHANGHAI, Dec. 1. Labour agitators paralysed the international settlement tramways, using firearms to intimate employees, general being injured. A foreign woman was wounded and two agitators killed and two police wounded in the duel. A spread of the trouble is anticipated. .All 1 foreign warships were dressed to-day in honour of the wedding of General Chiang Kiashek who was married to May Ling Soong, a sister-in-law to Madame Sun Yat Sen. A strong l»dy guard was present to prevent the possibility of assassination.
