BELGIAN DEFENCE HINT. BRUSSELS, Oct. 14. Members of the Belgian Senate and Chamber were received specially at the Royal Palace this morning to express their congratulations to the Royal Family on the birth of a daughter to Priness Astrid, wife of the Duke of Brabant, King Albert’s heir.
