There is no possibility ol the All Blacks side for South Alriea meeting the returned New South Wales representatives on their way through Australia early next year. The Waratahs’ team, now touring England, will be hack iu Sydney when the All Blacks arrive there, and suggestions that a match should he arranged between the two sides have been thrown out. .Mr A. ('. Kitto. acting chairman of the New Zealand Rugby I'nion, says it is the unanimous opinion of the Management Committee that such a match should not he played. The All Blacks will he leaving the Dominion at the very commencement of the season without any practice, and there is also a risk ol injury to players who are about to embark on i strenuous tour.
“The suggestion that we. are aim'd to meet New South Wales is absurd,” said Mr Kitto. “The records in England prove which is the better team.’
