LICHXOWSKY S AIEAIOIUS. LONDON, Nov. 13

The Daily News Berlin correspondent says that the publication ol the two volumes ol Liclmoasky’s Alemoiis categorically repeating the correspondence proving the Kaiser responsible for the War, may prove an epoch-mak-ing event in German politics. No pen could describe the terrible blow it has dealt the country. Germany’s insatiable desire for the withdrawal of the imputation of war guilt must cease henceforward.

The letters from Berlin, replying to Lichnowsky’s from London (1912-14), were unaccountably stolen when lent to tbe German archives.

Lichnowsky describes Sir Edward Grey as a wise, sane, upright politician and peacemaker, and Churchill as a brilliant leader, though sly as a fox.

The proceeds from the sale of the book will l>e devoted to ex-service soldiers.
