BRUSSELS, Nov. 8.
Closing their premises at two till five in the afternoon, one hundred thousand traders restaurant proprietors and business men of all kinds joined in s monster demonstration m the street against the taxation and Government restrictions. A\ ANTARCTIC TOUR. OSLO, Nov. S. Holtedahl’s expedition (cabled on 08th August) has left en route for Capetown to join the steamer Norwegian. They will follow Bellinghausen’s 1821 route, beginning at Endrebylantl round the Continent to l-Ob degrees thence to south Shetland. The diplomat, Lars Christensen, is hearing th<? whole cost.
