WELLINGTON, Nov. 3

Following is an extract from the New Zealand Gazette re Slimmer Time: It is hereby notified, for general information, that under the Summer Time Act, 1927. Summer Time commences at 2 o'clock in the morning of Sunday next, fitli inst. and ends at 2 o’clock in the morning of Sunday, 4th day of .March, 1928. lor the purpose of giving effect to the Act, the time will therefore be advanced one hour as from 2 a.in. on Sunday next, and be put back one hour as from 2 a.in. on Sunday, 4th day of March. 1928.—J.
