In a dingv r,r;nklvn tint. in a cpmrter occupied by Spaniarils, Mexicans and Latin Americans. the police yesterday discovered what they call a ‘‘bomb factory.” In it. were two partly completed infernal machines and enough material to make ten more from a varied collection of clockwork arts, steel shavings, and steel ball hearings. The police arrested six men. two of whom r.ro accused ot setting the bomh that damaged the Hall ot Records and the Court House. The prisoners described themselves as toy- , makers and inventors, and said that ■ the articles and tools were tor ex- | periments and for manufacturing ; toys !
