OLYALPIC COAIMISSrON’S DECISION.
LAUSANNE. Nov. ]. The Executive of the International adopted a resolution against the charge that it had gone beyond its authority in deciding in favour of the payment of a limited indemnity for broken limit, and had over-ruled the decision of the Olympic Congress at Prague. The Executive claims that it lias a right to make emergency decisions between meetings of the Congress. The Executive thus maintftins its decisions allowing the International Football Federation to participate in Olympic (i lines, despite the British and French protests against broken time c.) amateurs.
