At the Supreme Court Ernest Clifford Rae, 43, Francis Harry Rae. 31, and Kenneth McQuoid, 35, were charged with theft and receiving cigarettes and tobacco valued at £7B from Irving Clark and were sentenced. McQuoid getting two years hard, Francis line, one year’s reformative, and Ernest Rae prohibition for two years. DUNEDIN, Oct. 31.

Prisoners sentenced—Alexander Cllendiuiiig Young. 33, married, on 7 charges of forging documents, while in the employ of Dalgety and Coy. at Gore, was sentenced to two years’ reformative.
