SUPREME COURT.
SENTENCES. AUCKLAND, Oct. 31. The prisoners sentenced at the Supreme Court were William Caple, -17, breaking, entering and theft, 18 months imprisonment. John Davies, 59, Scoutmaster, for indecent assault on males, three years imprisonment. Frederick John Heerdcgan, 25, Postmaster at Ngongotnha, five charges of theft and attempted theft, twelve months reformative. James Michael Boyle, 21, carnal knowledge, twelve months detention at Waikaria Prisoners’ Camp. Harry Davis, 53, half-caste Maori, breaking, entering and theft, two years imrpisonment, concurrent with the sentence he is now serving. William Henry Glanville, 23, breaking, entering and tlieft, 12 months ieformative. Charles Vincent Somerville, 19, tlieft, forgery and uttering, three years Borstal.
