AY. P. (Spencer. Referring to teachers right of appeal, a circular was received from the Education Boards’ Association, ask ing for details of cases that were lik'-ly to he quoted against the Board. I The secretary’s reply was approved, and it was resolved to invite representatives of the various Institutes to send deputations to the Board, which would bo pleased to explain its procedure when the grading list was departed from.
