CYCLING TROUBLE.

CHRISTCHURCH, Oct, 21

We are determined that riders are not going to dictate to the Centro, said W. .1. Walter. President of the North Canterbury Centre of New Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union last night after a special meeting of the Execeutive held to consider the dispute that has cropped up between the centre and Christchurch Cycling and Athletic Club. He added that if riders were allowed to dictate to the Centre, racing would be held up at any moment, and the sport would be killed.
