(Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) LEVINE’S AIR. PLANS. (Received this day at 12.25 D.m.l NEW YORK, Oct. IT. Levine arrived and was accorded a civic reception. He was enthusiastic regarding planes, and stated two European pilots are on the way to United States to co-o[»erate with him and American engineers in building planes for a trans-Atlantic air mail service. The planes will carry two pilots, navigator and wireless operator, and will be equipped with seven motors, two being kept in reserve; also the latest wireless developments. The wing spread will be 180 feet and gross weight ninety thousand pounds, of which ten thousand will be allowed for mail. The planes will cost half a million dollars each, will be American built and in operation in two years, according to the present plans.
