The “Daily Herald” says: After the receipt of counsel’s opinion, based on the Electoral Act of 1923, the Speaker of Dain Eireann decided not to allow a Communist, Mr James Larkin, to take his seat in the Dail, on the ground that he is an undischarged bankrupt.
The newspaper the Irishman, the official organ of the Irish' Labour party, states that the party will take no action in the matter of 3fr Larkin.
