EVERYBODYS’ PICTURES “POKER FACES,” —TO-NIGHT. Learn to laugh. This is a laughago and everything from hooks to motion pictures is combining to make people forget their worries ami give them a happier outlook of life. "Poker Faces” the feature coming to the Princess Theatre to-night is well calculated to do more than its short/ toward this end. Laura 1 41 Plante and Edward Everett Horton have combined under the direction of Harry Pollard to give what is predicted to be. one of the greatest comedy hits of the season. H. C. Xitwer, Ping Lordlier. (leorge Ade and Stephen Leacock are tapping humor into their typewriters, song writer's are exhorting the public to smile, and the great screen comedians and their directors are making laughs of everything for the photoplays. “Poker Faces” is from the pen of Edgar Franklin and is one of the most enjoyable of the works in his lighter vein. AYhv worry when “Poker Faces” is coming to town: The story is of the amusing mix-up of a newly married couple, the husband’s employer and his prospective customer whom he is trying to entertain. The supporting cast of this picture includes George Seigmann. Tom Picketts, Tom O’Brien. Dorothy Bevier and Leon Holmes. A topical and comedy will also he shown to-night. On Monday next the hig special which has caused a sensation all over the country “The Sea Beast” and starring John Barrymore and Dolores Costello will he presented for one night only.
