SAMOA COMMISSION
(Special to Press Association by Radio NATIVE DECISION. APIA, Oct. 10. Monday was wholly occupied by the Samoan Commission hearing native witnesses, who’alleged derelictions of duty by the Faipule. It was admitted that tlie “Alau” members had resolved not to pay the Administration any taxes this year.
