WELLINGTON, Oct. 6. Signor Nichole Blunno, the Italian Consul, invites all the Italians to send in to his office their native places, names and addresses. It is the duty of every Italian national lo register with his Consul, points out Signor Blunno, and it is in their own interests as it is not unusual for him to receive enquiries about their whereabouts. A register of the Italian 'Nationals is kept and if application is made within six months, registration will be made free. After that, however, a charge must be made.
