STEAMER SOLD. (Received this day at 10.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 27. The sale of the Union Coy’s steamer Kokiri (formerly the Lauderdale!, m 1230 tons, to Madrigal Shipping Coy, of Manila, is almost completed. The vessel will probably leave' Tor the East within the next two or three weeks.

A gun was in his hands, -n the other side of the room was the body of his wife who was also shot.
