New Zealand sai'ted, l7Ss to lS2s; exceptional, 184; unsalted, 184 s to iSSs. The market was quiet during the week but finished firm with a hotter tendency. Australian salted, 17 Is to 178 s; unsalted, 17fis to 180 s. Argentine finest unsalted, 176 sto 178 s. Irish creamery salted, 1765; unsalted, 180 s. Dutch, unsalted, 190 s to 1925. Esthonlan. salted, 176 s to 178 s; unsalted, 180s’ Latvian, 174 s to 170 s. Siberian. Kills to 161 s. Danish, 192 s to 1945. Retail prices—Colonial, Is 9d; Danish advancing to Is lid on Monday. CHEESE. Now Zealand white and coloured, 99s to lolls-. The market is firm and tlio forward position good.
Canadian finest white and coloured, 102 s to 104 s. Canadian e.i.f. quotation now 105 s to 106 s. Good sales up to 104 s, but no buying yet at advanced prices. English finest farmers’, 114 s to 120 s. Retail' prices advanced to Is Id on Monday. SECOND BUTTER POOL. Vfc estimate there will he a further 1 o-l fid per lb to come to factories on all their butter shipped in the second creamery butter pool. This will he paid as under: Id per lb on October 3 next ; 7-16(1 per lb so soon thereafter as sufficient surpluses are paid into the hoard’s London account.
