LEAGUE OF NATIONS
(Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) GENEVA, Sept. 12. The Chilean, Villages, addressing the assembly claimed that among South American States, Chile had done most for disarmament and attached great importance to international disarmament agreements. He cordially supported Bloklaiul’s resolution.
Dandurand declared that Canada could not accept the Protocol owing to results that would arise in the event of its application to the United States. Canada would stand true to arbitration despite the fact that she had on some occasions lost territory to the United States through its application. A plenary sitting of the assembly is fixed for Thursday next.
