Australian Press Association & Sun.) GENEVA, SerJL 5. Delegations from fifty States have reached Geneva for Monday’s League assembly. Six of the delegations include women among them, these being those of Britain, Australia, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Much interest attaches to the German attitude. Herr Stressmann’s speech is likely to insist that the delay in undertaking general disarmament is a breach of faith.
