THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1. (Before Warden Meldrum.) KUMARA APPLICATIONS. Agnes L. Mclntosh, ordinary prospecting license.—Granted. OKARITO APPLICATIONS. R. T. Stewart (Mr Murdoch) v. W. McCluggnge, suit for forleiture ol two special claims at Five Mile, Mr Murdoch led evidence of a formal nature of the assumption of the titles having been cancelled proceedings having been commenced in the Okarito Court but had never been completed, and since then prospecting areas had been granted over the areas. No work had hoen done by the holder, who offered no objection to cancellation. A decree of forfeiture was made, defendant to pay costs and solicitor’s foe £3 3s.
