EVERYBQDYS’ PICTURES GRAND DOUBLE STAR DISPLAY —TO-NIGHT. Coming to tlio Princess Theatre this evening is a wonderful doublo-star programme. Star No. 1 will bo the great fight picture, Paolino v. Heeney, one of the greatest fights ever staged, the fight that New York went crazy about. The judges gave the decision to Paolino, but the press and public gave it to Torn lleeney, of Gisborne, N.Z. Come and judge for yourself, every round clearly shown, and taken at the ringside, Madison Square Gardens, N.Y. City. With all its gentility of garb and manners, society bears a cold fury and cruel malice toward those of its own sort who dare to disregard public opinion. In “ The Coast of Folly,” her new picture, which will be shown this evening at the Princess Theatre. Gloria Swanson tears off the straightjacket of conventionality when it hinders the call 1 of her heart, and uses the whiplash of truth on those mongers of scandal who would paint innocence with pitch. There is heartbreak beneath the glitter of surface in this slpry which Allan Dwan made for Paramount from the novel by Coningsby Dawson, adapted by Forrest Halsey. There are, too. the pathos and happiness of love, given a splendid balance by elements of sparkling comedy. Usual prices will he charged.
