X.Z. Butter At Home. The following gratifying tribute to the outstanding quality of Now Zealand butter appeared in the “Evening News” London, of July iStli:

A tribute to the purity of New Zealand butter, which will be one of New Zealand’s chief exhibits at the Advertising Exhibition at Olympia next week, is paid by tbe Ministry of Health An order has just lieen issued that in all tests carried out by the various branches of the Ministry where butter has to come in. the Now Zealand product is to be used.

The Ministry has come t-o the eonelusion. after a number of years, that tbe quality of New Zealand butter is tbe most uniform in tbe world, and that for serious tests, where it is essential that an accurate comparison be made, it is the only butter which can lie relied upon to preserve its standard.
