LATE LOCALS.
1 lie Municipal Band, under ( (inductor C. Ross, made a welcome appearance on Cass Square on Sunday afternoon, when they played a very enjoyable musical programme. The Band were resplendent in their new neat uniforms ol dark blue, with red lacings, anil their appearance was generally admired by a large number who gathered in the bright sunshine to bear the music.
