AVIATION.
(Austral!; n & N.Z. Cable Association.) .MISSING AIRMEN. SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 20. A deduction from the increased and decreased pitch of radio waves from a wind driven dynamo of the Dallas Spirit yesterday, indicate the plane tail spinned at an altitude of two thousand feet, and then plunged while travelling at a speed of two hundred miles an liour, into the ocean. Naval authorities at San Diego hold out slight hope for the safety of the seven missing fliers, following on a test of a rubber raft, similar to thoso earned on the aeroplanes.
