(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) MONEY-LEXDER MUR DERED. {SYDNEY, Aug. 12. The police state that they are now confident that robbery for money was not the motive of the murder of Condon, hilt the crime was committed by someone in the moneylender’s debt. It is believed that Condon, who hart a habit of sitting with his feet on the desk, and sleeping in his chair, was attacked by the murderer in this position. The theory is strengthened bv the fact that records of recent large transactions have disappeared from the office. It is established that deceased was alive at 1.16, and the body was not found until 2 o’clock, giving the murderer plenty of time to search for documents, which was the object of his visit.
