Conning, and Morris. it wits reported Mrs Uannain of Civvmmitli would judge tlie fancy dancing. Owing to the paucity of entries for the section it was resolved to drop the .National dancing. Mr Scddon forwarded a sii’ver cup for the .Shakesperean recitation. —Received with thanks.
Ilie Fnited (lull, Creymoutli. entered teams for the impromptu speaking. The Boomerang Mouth Organ Coy. notified .Air A’arrall would organise a mouth-organ com pet it ion. The Bristol Piano Coy. offered a piano for use at the Competitions.— Received with thanks.
Matters relating to management, were discussed and arranged.
The Secretary reported on the largeentry received and was requested to •Iraft a time-table, commencing at 10 o. m. on Saturday, 20th iii<t.. if possible.
From the report, presented it was indicated that the Competitions would he specially attractive this year.
