Devaney was appointed captain, with J. King viee-eaptain, for next Saturday’s match v. Ashburton. It was resolved to ask the seleetors to appoint captain and viee-eaptain for future rep. matches. Air fitly was appointed manager of the Coast team for Saturday's match, the team to assemble tit Park Hotel at 2.30 p.m. sharp.
