At least I may say that I lose no opportunity of keeping always fresh those contracts with all parts of the British Empire which I have been fortunate to make during the past ten years.” His Royal Highness emphasised the importance of personal man-to-man intercourse in Imperial affairs, for. lie said, he knew the value to himself of his personal visits overseas and of his meetings with visiters from overseas in London .
