The Court sat at 10 a.m. CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION. \Y. Lloyd v. Malfroy and Coy.. Ltd. Mi* .Murdoch appeared for plaintifl and Mi* Kitchiiigliam for defendant. Mr Murdoch for plaintiff said'the ease had been settled between the parties. Tin* ease involved considerable conflict of medical evidence, and in view of this, counsel had arranged a. settlement in favour <d plaintill for £lO5, Ho asked that judgment by consent should la* entered tor that
sum. any question ot costs to lie settled between counsel. His Honour gave judgment. for plaintill' in terms of the application. The Court then adjourned.
