The adherents of Prince Carol are determined to break the power <>3 Premier Bratiano and make Carol King of Roumania. said the “Daily Express’s” special correspondent in a message from Bucharest. He alleges more than eighty thousand telegrams ol condolence, addressed by Roumanians to Carol, are lying undispatched at the Alinistry of the Interior, and that the senders are under the observation of the secret police. The Court, the Alinistry and the Army are honeycombed with supporters secretly working for Carol’s return.
