The Home .Minister. Sir A\'m. Joynson llieks. in a letter to the Commoner. Air Kelly, emphasises that neither the Government nor lie himself desires to place any obstacles in the way of legitimate trade with Russia, lie states that the recent action taken regarding certain Russians carrying out hostile propaganda was not intended to apply to ail Russians, lie is personally willing to afford any needed facilities for bona tide Russians who come here either to buy English or to sell Russian products.
