VIENNA. June 5 The Jesuit Father Bela Bangka. Budapest’s most eloquent preacher, has sharted a crusade against women’s short skirts and deeoflettce. Making the Papal ordinance which orders restraint in following fashions the subject of his Budapest sermon s since Sunday, he appeals to women from the pulpit never to re-enter the church immodestly clad.
