For being unlawfully on licensed premises after hours, convictions were recorded as follows: ' One offender (Royal Mail Hotel, 1 Woodstock) to' pay costs 12s. One offender (Post Office Hotel) to pay costs 10s. On a charge of being found on p licensed premises (Masonic Hotel) while ® prohibtied a female was convicted and discharged. * On a charge of procuring liquor while ' prohibited two offenders were convicted ’ and fined 5s and costs 10s each. Police v. A. Dowell, allowing 2 cows to wander. Fined 10s and costs 10s. ' Borough Inspector (Mr Park) v. J. L IT. W. McGeorge, a charge of leaving ? a motor standing unattended. Fined 5s and costs 20s fid. Same v. C\ Pfaldert. two horses, wandering. lined £1 and costs 20s Gd. Same v. M. Connolly, 1 cow. Fined 20s and costs 20s Gd. Same v. C. Souter, riding a cycle without a light at night. Fined 5s and costs 20s Gd. DEBT CASES. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following cases:— Pamment and Bergamini (Mr Eicoek) v. A. F. Rhenish. £4 10s and costs 33s Gd. John -Morgan (Mr F.leock) v. P. 11. Hill, £lO 12s. anil costs £2 Ids. Same v. Janies Patterson, £lB 4s. and costs £2 16s. Same v.
