The Dublin Court was crowded, including women, when the ton men accused of conspiracy in connection with lhe murder of Kevin O’lliggius appeared. The police asked for another week’s remand as the higher authorities had not completed inquiries. O’Kelly, soi'icitor for Hunts, protested as there was no evidence yet given against them and demanded their release as tho ■Magna Charta still was in existence. The others protested they had no connection «ith the crime. The accused left the duck amid shouts of “ Three Cheers for the Prisoners!” “Up with the Republic!” “ Up with Do Valera ' ’’
