AGITATOR ARRESTED.

BOMBAY. May 30. Aviiri. the self-styled commander-in-chief of the Xagpur republican army, was arrested Ibis morning. The Sntyagraha (passive resistance) movement. of which he is the leader, conducted processions the main lent tire of which was men and women carrying swords, for which they were arrested. On AvarPs last public appearance he was accompanied by two women oo each side carrying drawn swords.
