RIFLE SHOOTING.
(By Telegraph—Per Press Association. REMARKABLE, BTSLEY SCORING. LONDON. July 14. Astonishing scoring characterised the Bisley contests, the riflemen literally shooting the bullseycs out of the targets, so that the markers complained that they could not see them. It seems likely that another reduction in the size of the bullseye will be necessary, as a hundred, out of 0(l9 men and one woman, scored the highest possible at the five hundred range of the King's Prize and other shoots. LONDON, July 14. At Bisley Canada scored a further triumph by winning the MacKinnon Cup (15 shots at 900 ami 1000 yards) with a score of 1105, England 1086, cotland 1070. W. Hawkins (Canada) won the Prince of Wales (ten shots at 300 and 600 yards) and £IOO sterling with a score of 99. Fourteen Canadians obtained places in the King’s three hundred. Armourer-Sergeant MacMillan won the Bronze Medal after a tie shoot with six others, in the first stage of the King’s prize. Sprout (Australia) scored 96.
