Holland, Christchurch North); Christchurch City Sanitation Empowering Amendment Bill (Air Sullivan); Compulsory Military Service Repeal Bill (Mr .1. A. Lee. Auckland East); Workers’ Compensation Amendment Bill iMr Howard); Family Allowances Amendment Bill ( Air Savage) ; Wellington City and Suburbs Highways Construction and Hull Road Amendment Bill (Mr Forsyth); Crimes Amendment Bill (Afr H. E. Holland, Buller). Air T. K. Sidey moved the second reading of.thc Summer Time Bill, which provoked a lengthy debate lasting till 12.50, when Air Sidey replied and a division taken on the second reading resulted.—For the bill 55, against 2).
