Sootiitxo, But Unhealthy. “In spite of all our efforts to -abolish the ‘dummy.’ one still sees it displayed in the streets, the throes, and. indeed, it is often brought' to the Plunket rooms.” states a report, which was presented at the annual meeting of the Auckland Plunket Society. The report adds: "If only those who are responsible for the cure of children would realise that the constant sucking of the dummy invariably brings in its wake a train of ills, this unhealthy habit would s on be a tiling of the past.”
