It ought to he perfectly frank about it and admit that it. leads the Socialists, not the workers. The performance of this moral exercise would, of course, he fatal to its politiial aspirations. Its present strength in Parliament is in fact a demonstration of the ability of the electors to distinguish between Socialism and real democracy.
