N.Z. TEAM TO TOUR AUSTRALIA. (By Telegraph—i er Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. July 4. At a meeting of the management committee of tlio New Zealand Hockey Association held last evening, the following team was selected to tour Australia :
Goal: T. Brennan (Wellington); hacks: A. Mahoney (Canterbury). L. Spiers (Waipii); halves: H. G. Ilore, I!. .Morris (Canterbury) and AY. L. Henning (Wairarapa) ; forwards: If. Hooker. A. Seccoinbe and C. Watts Ami.land). S. W. Bell (Canterbury), vice-captain ; X. Edwin (Otago), IT. Lusty (Wellington, captain); C. J. Spiers (Waipu) ; and one other to tie selected. .Mr D. Williamson (Christchurch) was appointed manager.
