The star picture in tonight's display is a First National production and features two of the most popular artists Conway Tearle and Anna Q. Nilsson. “The Greater Glory,” colossal screen epic .showing at the Princess Theatre to-night, represents more than a year of intense production on the part ef June -Mathis, famous screen writer, and a vast company of stars. The picture is an adaptation of the celebrated novel. " Viennese .Medley,” by Edith O'Shaitglmessy, wile of the American ambassador at Vienna. First National releases it. Famous for her adaptation oi “The Four Horsemen,’’ winch brought Hex Ingram and ltudoi'ph \ alenlino to the fore. Miss Mathis considers •• The Greater Glory,” an even liner accomplishment. It brings to tight a side of the war hitherto unknown. The fortunes of Vienna lielore and after the war are poignantly traced in the f ortunes of a fine old Austrian family. The east of principals include Anna (,>. Nilsson. Conway 'i carlo, May Allison, bin Keith, Jean I lersliolt, and Lucy Beaumont . -More than l.(i()(i extras participate in the inoli scenes, which depict bread riots, revolutionary strikes and American charity dispensations. A good Topical and comedy complete the display to-night. On Wednesday popular Fred Thomson and Silver King, the wonder-horse, will appear in a big Western “ Hid in’ the Wind.”
