BRITISH BOAT ATTACKED. SHANGHAI, July 3. Three Chinese passengers on a British river boat proceeding from Shanghai to Hankow were wounded when the vessel was attacked hv soldiers on the river bank. A protest was lodged with diking Kai-shek, and elicited a reply that ho was not responsible for troops affiliated with the Hankow Govcrnment. The attack is the first for several weeks.
