LONDON. Juno 30. .James White, the linaneier’s death ,F„1 not affect the Stock Exchange as much as was at first feared, and most of the shares in which he was interested have recovered somewhat. The Chancery Court has granted the Westminster Bank’s application to appoint a Receiver for White’s estate. The Westminster Bank also applied for the appointment of a Receiver for the Beecham Trust, which is due to complete the contract for the purchase of the buildings at Wembley for three hundred thousand pounds. Counsel said that since White’s deatli there was nobody really in control ol the concern, which was indebted to Hie Rank for upwards of £-150,000. Ihe Court adjourned the implication.
