He Valera hints at legally testing the validity of the exclusion of members of the Fiana Fail Party, from the Chamber on account of their not taking the oath. Meanwhile the party is canvassing for the requisite 75.030 signatures to enable a referendum to be taken on the question of the cancellation i f the oath.
