IRISH OATH QUESTION. LONDON, June 24. Mr Eamonn Do Valera (the Leader) with the loeked-out Irish Republicans, has issued a manifesto. Tliis states that the Republican Deputies have wrongfully been debarred from taking their seats because they refused to subscribe to an Oath of Allegiance to a foreign King. They emphatically repeat that, under no circumstances, will they take such at) Oath.
