Constant rains, floods and a cold spring have retarded planting and cultivating and unless perfect weather is experienced from now until after threshing, it is feared farmers will have very little crops for the market. While farmers in certain territories may profit from higher prices, it is doubtful whether the industry on the ...whole will be benefited. GUN RUNNING PLOT. VANCOUVER, Juno 21.
